Description

Technical understanding or experience in the Catering Equipment Industry will be an advantage, along with experience in the hospitality industry.

Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans.

Key Performance Areas include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring technical staff are managed, daily tasks and worksheets allocated, service reports effectively managed, routing of work to optimise transport costs, quotations for repairs processed and sent to customers timeously, and then followed up to completion and invoicing.

Handling all customer calls for breakdowns and routing the calls to technicians.

Checking Daily Service Reports and preparing work schedules for the following days and weeks ahead.

Ensuring that all customers are serviced monthly, or as required.

Maintaining compliance with all SLA's for customers.

Maintaining all data bases accurately, including interfacing with Greenform systems, and maintaining internal backup databases.

Managing all technical repair staff vehicle and support requirements.

Maintaining accurate spares control and stock management of all spares and after hours spares requirements.

Interfacing with branches, management and sales staff.

Ensuring all company procedures and policies are followed and providing effective management of service staff at all times.

Salary:
R15, R20,000.00 per month
