Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team at their HQ in JHB.


Job Duties:


  • Vehicle orders and stock management (TDS system operation,
- communicating with dealers)

  • Vehicle invoicing management (Check invoice instruction, record invoice information)
  • Generate invoices
  • Open deal files and filing of documents
  • Record invoiced vehicle information daily
  • Creating orders of new vehicle stock on Evolve system
  • Issuing of proforma invoices to dealers and branches
  • Issuing of invoices to dealers and branches
  • Issuing of orders to the suppliers and closing of orders
  • Check the suppliers statement every month
  • Management of outsourced supplier payments
  • Compile monthly invoice vehicle statistics
  • Organize invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ability to multitask, Work in a fast faced environment and meet deadlines

Requirements:


  • Matric Certificate or higher
  • Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
  • Minimum 23 Years experience in a sales coordinator in Motor Industry
  • Code 10 license
  • Knowledge of the invoicing process
  • Team Player
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Good communication skills
