Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team at their HQ in JHB.
Job Duties:
- Vehicle orders and stock management (TDS system operation,
- Vehicle invoicing management (Check invoice instruction, record invoice information)
- Generate invoices
- Open deal files and filing of documents
- Record invoiced vehicle information daily
- Creating orders of new vehicle stock on Evolve system
- Issuing of proforma invoices to dealers and branches
- Issuing of invoices to dealers and branches
- Issuing of orders to the suppliers and closing of orders
- Check the suppliers statement every month
- Management of outsourced supplier payments
- Compile monthly invoice vehicle statistics
- Organize invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ability to multitask, Work in a fast faced environment and meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
- Minimum 23 Years experience in a sales coordinator in Motor Industry
- Code 10 license
- Knowledge of the invoicing process
- Team Player
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Confident and proactive approach anticipates issues and requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication skills
