A contact centre is looking for experienced multi-tasking, fast typing, efficient, Technical Support Agents to join our team.What you will do in this role
- Delivering excellent customer and technology services via the Service Desk channels.
- Using service monitoring tools to aid the problem solving and service delivery
- Using automation where possible to support the automatic resolution or mitigation of issues.
- Providing remote support via platforms such as AnyDesk, etc.
- Interacting with internal teams and 3rd party vendors as appropriate as part of the supply/delivery/support chain
Your qualifications and experience
- A matric certificate
- Technical Support experience specifically dealing with CCTV cameras, security systems and various products relating to this. (Essential)
- Service Desk experience (Advantageous)
- Are proficient in English verbal and written communication
- Advanced computer literacy with the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
- Eeffective problemsolving skills
- Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer care
- A high level of general IT knowledge
- Excellent time management skills
