To produce bread in accordance with set specifications.Bake plan calculations, Plant Efficiencies (Throughput) Capacity constraints resources (CCR) Quality Management Standard Operating Procedures SOP's / Audits Cost Control Staff Resource Management Production Planning On the Job Training Stock Management Attend Invocoms Conduct Audits, awareness, training and compliance of Food Safety requirements, maintenance compliance, as well as Health and Safety awareness within area of responsibility.
Qualification Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification / NQF5 advantageous Computer literate (Excel Intermediate would be advantageous)
Experience Requirements:
At least 2 -3 years' experience in a similar position in an FMCG environment 1 -year supervisory experience desirable
