    We are seeking a Junior IT Tech to join our CALLFORCE BPO team as a technical expert. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and troubleshooting services for computer systems, hardware, and software used within our organization.

    Key IT Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software installation and configuration.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
    • Install and configure new hardware and software solutions to meet business needs.
    • Monitor system performance to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
    • Maintain system security and integrity by implementing robust measures.
    • Assist with network administration tasks to ensure seamless connectivity.
    • Document and track technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on technical matters.
    • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance our services.

    Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

    Requirements

    • Relevant Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
    • 1+ years of facility experience or similar role as a coordinator.
    • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of building codes, safety protocols, and energy efficiency initiatives is advantageous.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team while managing multiple tasks.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
