    beBee Professionals is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to join our team in Durban.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.


    The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the state of Durban.

    The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property law, including experience in patent prosecution, trademark registration, and copyright protection.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of intellectual property law and be able to provide legal advice on a variety of intellectual property matters.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services related to intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

    The candidate will also be responsible for preparing and filing applications for patents, trademarks, and copyrights, as well as providing legal advice on intellectual property matters.
