System Support
Provide firstlevel support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear, Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now, Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365,Jotform.
Troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist endusers effectively.
Training
Develop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure they have a solid understanding of the systems they use.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency.
System Maintenance
Regularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are uptodate and secure.
Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, and fixes.
Liaison with Service Providers lop a reporting dashboard for management across the business.
Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems, including user manuals and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the listed information systems is a plus.
Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.
Power BI implementation and exposure.
Development experience in a backend and/or frontend environment.
