Graphic Designer Summary: Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.

Responsibilities:

Translate briefs into visual communication, designing artwork, digital design, and graphic creation in line with Brand CI and Marketing strategy.
Design, produce, and manage interactive online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and videos.
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
Cross-functional collaboration with UX, Marketing, Development, Engineering, and other teams.
Provide feedback and opinions on CI development, communication around brand updates, campaigns, and projects with key suppliers, stakeholders, and staff.
Maintain and create presentation templates and design assets library.
Enhance prepared presentations, certificates, and forms through graphics, templates, and animations.
Manage production outputs to ensure deadline-driven quality delivery.
Design internal and external campaigns.
Use data and analytics to inform design decisions.
Design video and animated content for digital use.
Create multimedia content for digital platforms.
Develop digital forms required by the business.
Provide general marketing assistance and support ad-hoc projects.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric or Post-matric qualification in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in graphic design software packages and applications.
3 years of experience in a Graphic Design environment in a Marketing agency or corporate Marketing environment.
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
Diligent and hard-working individual, able to work as part of a highly motivated team.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and take responsibility.
Good networking skills and ability to build coalitions.
Ability to take calculated risks and accept accountability.
Skilled at multi-tasking, planning, and organizing.
Willing to tackle situations with potential for conflict or resistance.
