Assistant General Manager required for a BIG5 Private Game Reserve Lodge


PackageAccommodation (unfurnished)Meals while on duty21 days on 7 days off work cycle15 days annual leaveProvident Fund


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodgeManaging, Overseeing and Disciplining StaffStaff training and developmentAssisting the marketing manager to get content for social mediaHosting DutiesAllocation of Airport TransfersLittle paws programAssistance around the lodge in other departments if neededActing as relief general manager between lodges Staff ManagementWage costs and staff welfareStaff disciplineStaff training FinancialBudget control and ensuring budgets are maintainedStock control and stock takesDaily cash up and petty cash control Rooms DivisionManage the housekeeping and front office departments in conjunction with your HODEnsure the lodge maintains the required standards aestheticallyFood and Beverage and KitchenEnsure costs are maintained as per the required standardAssist with Events planning and executionAssist with menu planning and cost control
