    • 5 years experience as a Developer
    • Experienced in designing and customizing FSM mobile applications, including client scripting.
    • Hands-on experience in configuring, designing UI, and customizing IFS FSM applications.
    • Skilled in developing SQL queries, Views, and Store procedures.
    • Solid understanding and experience in field service management, including integrations between FSM and remedy.
    • Proficient in designing complex optimization and scheduling solutions using IFS PSO.
    • Solid understanding of field service management processes and best practices.
    • Experience in sizing and understanding IFS hosted solutions.
    • Experience in Mobile development (IOS, Android)
    • Exposure to working in a highly integrated Omni-channel environment.
    • Additional skills include third-party integration with FSM applications, understanding of REST and SOAP API web services, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation of IFS FSM module.
