    Training Manager Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Training Manager to develop and implement effective training programs for our interns in the financial services industry.

    The ideal candidate will have a Post Graduate Degree in Financial Planning with CFP status, at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, and 3 years of training experience.

    • Create a comprehensive internship program that aligns with our organization's goals.
    • Develop and maintain current, accurate, and effective training materials and programs.
    • Propose and implement development plans with HR to enhance employee performance.
    • Oversee daily activities of trainers and trainees, conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain knowledge of new training methods and techniques, and research new training supplies to enhance our procedures.
    • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, and report on success periodically.
    • Design and develop relevant documentation, procedures, and systems to support trainees.
    • Develop productive working relationships with colleagues and clients throughout the financial services environment.

    Key Qualifications

    • Post Graduate Degree in Financial Planning with CFP status.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry.
    • Minimum 3 years training experience.
    • Minimum 3 years management experience.
    • Thorough understanding of training processes.
