    Job Description

    As a seasoned Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Raw Material stores, ensuring seamless execution of activities and timely adherence to production facility demands.

    The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Warehouse Management and Supply Chain principles, with a proven track record in administration and customer service. You will be responsible for managing daily delivery schedules, maintaining raw material stock availability, and implementing quality procedures and standards.

    A key focus area will be to consistently apply 5S principles, conduct incident investigations and risk assessments, and promote awareness and review performance metrics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage daily delivery schedule
    • Ensure raw materials stock availability
    • Correct Receiving of Incoming Goods
    • Proper handling and storage of stocks
    • Accurate and timeous weighing and issuing of materials for daily production requirements
    • Stock Taking Process Managed
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to Quality Procedures and standards

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification
    • 3-5 years of management experience in a similar role
    • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stock and Stores Management, or Inventory Management Supervisor/Leadership Training
    • Achievement Orientation, Attention to Detail, Planning and Organisational Skills, Problem-Solving, Resource Management, and Team Leading skills
