YOUR MISSION:

We are looking for a P&O Partner (HR Generalist in comparative environment) to join our team at our Head Office in Cape Town.

You will have between - 5 years' experience in a same or similar role preferably within a retail environment, having worked across multiple locations and at all levels of the business.

You are an energised selfstarter, with a great sense of humour, a passion for people and their growth & development, and will enjoy partnering with others to embrace the PUMA culture of Forever Faster and our people focused and growing environment

YOUR TALENT:

The role requires the following key skills and requirements;

A tertiary qualification in Social Sciences

year experience in a P&O partner role preferably within retail or hospitality.

Experience with recruitment, coaching & mentoring, talent management and IR.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong admin skills relating to employee benefits
Ability to drive collaboration and guide leaders on P&O related activities
Comfortable with MS Office and HR Systems
Will be able to travel locally, with a valid driver's licence, and be adaptable to the various environments within the organisation.
