    We are seeking an exceptional Social Media Designer / Content Creator to enhance our digital marketing initiatives with fresh, impactful designs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Craft compelling brand assets, including brand campaign visuals and polished presentations that resonate with our audience.
    • Elevate our social media presence by creating standout image assets and engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
    • Produce captivating videos for reels and TikToks, utilising your storytelling prowess to make our messages come alive.
    • Design graphics for email campaigns and various digital ads, including banners and social media advertisements.
    • Animate with style, bringing motion to your creations with animated GIFs and videos, adding an extra layer of engagement to our digital narratives.
    • Independently navigate design challenges and innovate within brand guidelines.
    • Juggle multiple accounts and projects efficiently, maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in social media, graphic design, and video creation.
    • Visual storytelling expertise, effectively communicating stories and connecting emotionally with viewers.
    • A deep understanding of social media, knowing the best practices for engaging digital audiences across different platforms.
    • Technical mastery of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Indesign) and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, PDF, and Excel.
    • The ability to thrive under pressure, working in a demanding environment where deadlines are tight and stakes are high.

    What We're Looking For

    We need someone with a solid background in social media, graphic design, and video creation. Your designs should effectively communicate stories and connect emotionally with viewers. You should be skilled in Adobe Suite and proficient in other software. If you're comfortable working under pressure and can maintain high-quality output under tight deadlines, we'd love to hear from you.
