- Transforms complex technical documentation into understandable language for end users to use
- Provides technical direction and project leadership to assure that specific functional requirements are completed.
- Escalates issues to level 3 support as required.
- Prepares analyses of information collected through investigative efforts.
- Documents plans, projects, and documentation.
- Develops and maintains the SAP Authorisations Tool to verify authorization status in SAP and other ERP systems
- Identifies and resolves issues with current SAP solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role to the position being filled.
- SAP Authorisations (SAP) certification preferred
- SAP Authorizations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
- Three years of experience in SAP authorizations and/or data migration required.
