- 3 Year Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as HR Generalist experience, operating as a transformation of change agent.
- Minimum 5 years management experience.
- Good Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent management, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance management.
- SAP and KRONOS knowledge is an added advantage
- Extensive experience in a Unionized environment and building employee ralations experience is essential.
