    Job title: Key Account Manager

    Description

    The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts within the organization. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    2. Identify opportunities for growth within key accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
    3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

    To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the FMCG market, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue through effective account management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales within the FMCG industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
