Description
Our client between Paarl and Stellenbosch is looking to employ an experienced HR Administrator.


Requirements:

A minimum of a 3 year National Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years HR administration experience

Sound working knowledge of MS Office

Up to date knowledge of current HR legislation and Labour Relations

Well developed interpersonal and communication skills

Converse fluently in both English and a second official language

Strong administrative, accurate record keeping, and time management skills

Ability to cope under pressure and be deadline driven

Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential

Own transport available

Providing an efficient Human Resources administrative service in respect of related policies and procedures

Providing input and assistance into various monthly HR reports for statistical and management purposes

Recruitment and selection administration - compile advertisements & questionnaires response handling, employment contracts

Accurate record keeping relating to Training & Development, Recruitment, Employment Equity & IR activities

Providing advisory and operational support to line management

Providing support to the HR Management Team

Creating and maintaining HR files for audit readiness
