ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


Specific Technical / Functional skills

  • Conduct SAP Module Configuration
  • Analyse and solve SAP Module issues
  • Ensure proper documentation (Design, Technical documents)
  • Analyse and scope Enduser authorisation roles
  • Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and System Integration security tests
  • Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes
  • Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutionsbased approach
  • Experience in the following SAP FI/CO submodules:
  • General Ledger
  • Asset Accounting
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Banking
  • Project Systems
  • Controlling (including Profitability Analysis)
  • SAP Solution Manager
  • Interface Technologies (IDoc, RFC's and Web Services)

WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?

  • Relevant IT / Business Degree
  • 5+ years' experience

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?

General Role Tasks

  • Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get signoff from users for Business Blueprint document
  • Understands Workflow (Advantageous)
  • Preparation of testing documents and perform internal testing
  • Integration testing with other modules
  • Write Specifications and interact with developers.
  • Validate and document requirements against Template to be presented to headquarter for decision
  • Align with Functional Consultants and Developers of the IFT team and the maintenance team
  • Understand interfaces, IDOC and RFC's processing
  • Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners
  • Golive preparation and post Golive support (could be on weekends, late evenings)
  • Assisting in troubleshooting issues for the system and providing support
  • Executing the required changes through configuration
  • Carrying out regression testing
  • User interface transactional solutions

IFT Specific Role Tasks/Requirements

  • Planning: Assist user departments in designing system requirement/proposal documentation based on business processes
  • Designing Responsibilities in projects
  • Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements
  • Review business requirements and propose and create system design, evaluate alternatives
  • Review and present proposed system design / solution to IT Project Manager / Leader and User Management or System owner / Business owner for IFT
  • Design systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements (Template solution)
  • Ensure that the following steps in the Designing Cycle are executed
  • Preparation of system/technical documentation (as per ISO standards)
  • Preparation of user and operation manual
  • Creation of Test Cases
  • User training (Key users)
  • System testing/parallel runs
  • System implementation (transition into line)
  • System checks/quality assurance
  • User signoff
  • Time estimating
  • Time estimates must be adhered to according to projects
  • Estimated completion time to be agreed upon by Consultant, Project Manager and User Organisation
  • Principal accountabilities
  • Ensure that the timings set by the Project Manager are achieved
  • Ensure user satisfaction / acceptance of all completed systems / processes / maintenance requests
  • Provide support to all user departments in achieving the approved company technology and software objectives.
