Description
Welcoming / greeting guests upon arrival.

Escort guests to their rooms and explain facilities.

Assist guests to deliver all baggage, messages and packages.

Perform task on the guest request.

Guide the guest to and from and from the from desk and escort guest to their respective rooms.

Explain relevant information relating to the facilities and on all places of interest around the premises.

Participate in pre-shift briefing and coordination meetings scheduled or ordered by the Accommodation Manager.

1-3 years of experience

Excellent communication skills.

Outstanding customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Proficient in English

Able to move, lift, ( this role may require bending, twisting and pulling)


Ability to Commute:

  • Pretoria, Gauteng (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Pretoria, Gauteng: Relocate before starting work (required)
