    The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

    Main Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Create and maintain marketing materials including catalogues, websites, and electronic communications.
    • Manage fitting projects, brand initiatives, POS materials, signage, packaging, and promotional gifts.
    • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns including email deals, new product launches, clearance promotions, and portal updates.
    • Plan and manage events, PR activities, newsletters, and digital marketing efforts such as PPC, SEO, online ads, and social media campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create compelling content for media articles, online content, magazines, product launch materials, social campaigns, and showroom displays.
    • Organize collaborations with other brands to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
    • Implement B2B sales pull strategies in-store to drive customer engagement and sales.
    • Communicate effectively with internal departments including sales, product development, and customer service.
    • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes.

    Job/Educational/Qualification Requirements:

    • Varied academic backgrounds including marketing, communication, business, and other fields.
    • Bachelor degree required, some companies may require a master's degree.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience.
