Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and previous experience in programs such as CorelDRAW or Illustrator.

About the Role:

• Liaising with clients to assist with general queries and questions relating to artwork approval.
• Managing all internal email correspondence between applicable departments directly related to allocated orders and approval of artwork for these orders.
• Ensuring that all artwork received from Layout Artists is correct and received in time to achieve stipulated deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records of all allocated orders and their status using online platforms provided.
• Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach team objectives and meet client needs.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure. A friendly personality and reliable nature are essential for success in this position.

The salary for this role is estimated at $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
