    Description

    Seeking an experienced Citrus Farm Manager to oversee the daily operations of our citrus farm. Key responsibilities include:

    • Pest control and crop management using industry best practices.
    • Coordinating irrigation and fertigation systems for optimal yields.
    • Maintaining accurate records of farm activities, including pest control measures, fertilizer applications, and crop yields.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with at least 3 years experience in citrus farming. They should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. A valid driver's license is also essential.
