Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at {company}.

Job Summary

In this role, you will work with clients to craft unique and compelling campaigns that drive results and push boundaries. You will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their goals, coordinating with the content team, tracking performance, and refining strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic, high-impact campaigns that reflect our commitment to client success
Coordinate with the content team to deliver top-quality results on time and maintain clear communication
Track performance and refine strategies to drive exceptional outcomes
Identify new client opportunities and connect with businesses that align with our values and vision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Over 2 years of marketing experience focused on strategy development, client communication, and campaign execution
Expertise in content planning, scheduling, and team coordination
A client-centered approach that builds strong relationships
Ability to analyze performance data and refine strategies
Foundational knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools

Education & Qualifications

You will need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or project management (preferred)
Proficiency in marketing software such as Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe

Salary Range

R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
