    Vinyl Application & Installation Specialist

    Permanent Position at hr-genie

    We are seeking a reliable, hard-working individual with integrity to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Apply wallpaper or vinyl onto various surfaces such as windows, plinths, tabletops, etc.
    • Install product launch windows, in-store elements, fixtures, and fittings.
    • Study visual guides and thoroughly plan ahead of installations.
    • Follow approved application processes consistently.
    • Take personal responsibility for your work and conduct QC checks throughout the application process.
    • Learn to operate new equipment and techniques as required.
    • Maintain a high standard of work at all times.
    • Adhere to the company's driving policy when operating a company vehicle.

    Required Attributes:

    • Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Solutions-oriented, with a can-do attitude and high energy.
    • Highly organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
    • Willingness to work after hours when required.
    • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership qualities with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable using technology for communication and schedule management.
    • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
    • A non-smoker.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Matric (Grade 12) is required.
    • Proven track record of success in previous roles.
    • Wallpaper, Vinyl Application, or Shopfitting experience is advantageous.
