We are looking for a Training Facilitator to join our dynamic team.

Duties

Interview staff and managers to assess training needs
Confer with clients/management to determine the best way to conduct programs
Design training curriculum
Prepare plans related to the environment, logistics, room arrangements and ground rules of the session
Confer with clients/management to determine the desired outcomes of the program/meeting
Organize inhouse and offsite activities, like presentations, job simulations and roleplaying exercises
Enrich courses with visual aids to engage trainees
Ensure all group members feel comfortable participating
Order instructional material (e.g. ebooks and manuals)
Discuss careerpathing opportunities with managers
Measure outcomes from trainings
Research and recommend learning equipment (e.g. platforms and projectors)
Calculate and report on training costs
Ensure new hires undertake mandatory trainings on health and safety practices

Qualifications & Experience
- +5 experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinatoror similar role

BSc degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Accreditation with SETA
Drivers licence

Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
