    Description

    Job Title: Engineering Services Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Manager to lead and coordinate the activities of our Engineering Department.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of new processes, projects, and engineering technologies.
    • Drive vendor selection processes and implement factory acceptance tests to improve protocols.
    • Complete equipment installation initiatives and participate in factory restructuring.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop capital budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and site contingency plans.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for changeover reduction on production lines.
    • Benchmarking and standardizing processes with cross-functional teams.
    • Participate in global sourcing studies for raw materials, equipment, or finished products.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Government certificate of competency in engineering is an advantage.
    • Solid understanding of engineering topics, including steam generation.
    • Project management and leadership skills, including financial management and control.
    • Strong communication, results-oriented, planning, decision-making, ownership, accountability, analytics, and multi-functional collaboration skills.
