Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:


  • Accurately and efficiently implement the systems for Food and Beverage ordering, purchasing, deliveries and stock
  • Effectively manage the F&B finance and administration including reports, recommendations, processing invoices and credit notes
  • Source and meet with supplier representatives
  • Ensure optimum F&B revenues through astute menu costings
Build and maintain a working environment in which staff are fully trained, supportive of each other, motivated and competent

  • Maintain the health, hygiene and professional appearance of all who work in the F&B areas
  • Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards
  • Matric (NQF 4)
  • Basic knowledge of financial management, budgets and cost controls
  • Sound MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Materials Control will be an advantage, at least 2 years' experience in a similar role
