Well established retail business is seeking to appoint a National Contracts and Reporting Manager


Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role
  • Contracts Administration and Support
  • Facilitates and drives deadlines for price updates and negotiations with contract customers in conjunction with Key Account Managers.
  • Prepares monthly customer On Time In Full (OTIF), Usage, Category, Spend and adhoc reports.
  • Prepare quarterly customer reports.
  • Prepares and loads new, or updates, sales agreements timeously.
  • Margin Management and Retention
  • Tenders and Requests for Quotations
  • Prepares SBD and related documents.
  • Ensures the adequate completion and timeous submission of tender and RFQ documents and pricing.
  • Collates feedback on tenders won and lost and reports on the strike rates, GP percentages

Excellent Skills:


  • Excellent understanding of Pricing / Margin Logic
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills
  • Experience in Tenders and Requests for Quotes / Pricing / Information advantageous
  • Experience in Customerfacing Sales role advantageous
