  • Contributing to the overall organisational strategy and its implementation.
  • Identification, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative, national campaigns and projects aligned to the strategy.
  • Leading and developing the Programmes Team, ensuring their understanding and focus on the national programmatic strategy.
  • Building and managing external partnerships in South Africa and regionally relevant to Programmes
  • Develop content, positions, and key messages for communications, fundraising, and educational purposes.
  • Planning, implementing, controlling, and reporting on the programmatic budget and expenses

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of years experience
  • Have experience working in the NGO space where they have previously managed a Programmes department.
  • Have experience with managing tasks in the Programmes Department
  • Able to work alongside the Director to achieve the goals as listed for the Programmes Department.
