Description
Job Summary:
- To lead and organize the restaurant team, to set and maintain standards and to strive to always keep improving standards whilst maintaining budget and gross profit.
- Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years' experience in the same or similar role in a 5star establishment
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous stock control experience
- Knowledgeable in use of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management would be an advantage
- Must be a team leader and excellent with staff
- Must have the ability to manage and lead a team
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Must be well groomed, reliable, courteous and flexible
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problemsolving and attention to detail
- Charismatic
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and to check customer's satisfaction
- Maintain a high standard personal service with all guests
- To take personal responsibility for any guest situations, seeing the situation through to the solution
- To ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded
- Promoting and maximizing sales
