F and G Sourcing Specialist is assisting a reputable Interior Design Solutions client that is seeking a skilled Customer Sales Representative to based in Cape Town.


Salary:


  • First three months Basic R pm with 3 % commissionable earnings from R
  • From month 4 R basic with 10 % commissionable earnings from R
  • After month 4, consultant will get 100l of fuel.

Requirements:


  • Must reside in the Cape Town region
  • Must have drivers license and own transportation
  • Ideally a Diploma or Degree in a creative field, for example Interior Design
  • 25 years' experience in a Customer Service role client facing
  • A creative mind with the arebility to take imitative on a project

Responsibilities:

The CSR (Customer Sales Representative) will need to grow this client base from scratch. Their primary target clients are interior designers.

Identify Clients through Google/LinkedIn/any other platform, approach and present the range of products.

They will be home based and will need to be self-motivated.


Key Performance Areas:


  • Create and manage strong relationships within your new client base.
  • Always establish and maintain professional customer communication channels.
  • Ensure detailed and accurate sales operations
  • Delivering on annual sales target and delivering on CSR sales objective on product sales.

  • Understand clients' needs and briefs.
  • Upselling standard products where possible.

Provide design proposals on custom briefs:

  • Quality presentation that you feel meet the companies standards.
  • Include floor plans, elevations and all details where applicable.
  • Do face to face reviews if clients are not happy with proposal.
  • Include design team in important on site creative briefs.
  • Understand the product specification with design team to ensure realistic solutions are being proposed.

Salary:

R15, R25,000.00 per month
