Our client is looking to appoint a highly motivated individual to provide a professional advisory service to Recruitment department based in Cape Town.


Job Purpose
The main purpose of this position is to provide an efficient, effective and professional administrative recruitment service by coordinating a number of key functions involved with the recruitment


Key performance Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage professional, comprehensive, proactive and confidential recruitment and selection processes.
  • Provide professional and strategic advice to Executive Staff Providing a professional, comprehensive and proactive committee service to selection committees as well as providing strategic advice on appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, Employment Equity Policy, labour legislation and all recruitment issues.
  • Providing a professional, comprehensive and proactive committee service to selection committees as well as providing strategic advice on appropriate recruitment and selection methodologies, Employment Equity Policy, labour legislation and all recruitment issues.
  • Manage and develop staff Recruitment Administrator
  • Provide accurate documentation and information on recruitment and selection processes

Requirements:


  • A relevant HR degree or diploma (NQF 6)
  • At least five years' relevant working experience in a recruitment environment (preferably at a similar level)
  • A demonstrated ability in servicing and coordinating diverse recruitment processes from start to finish
  • A demonstrated ability of reportwriting experience
  • Experience in competencybased recruitment and selection methodologies
  • A demonstrated ability in problemsolving and decisionmaking

Other:


  • Working experience within a tertiary institution environment and servicing the recruitment processes of senior, scarce and critical skills positions
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Experience in coaching and advising Line Managers
  • Registered with or eligible for registration with the SABPP
  • Registered with the HPCSA
