    Description

    A Dental Receptionist is sought by our dental practice in Centurion, Gauteng. Ideally, the candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be familiar with dental codes, ICD-10 codes, and medical aids.

    We are looking for an efficient, professional individual to manage front desk duties, patient scheduling, and billing while providing exceptional patient care and support.

    The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and commit to two Saturdays per month from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.

    Previous experience with Elixir and GoodX software is required, as well as a high school diploma or equivalent. A commitment to integrity and professionalism is essential.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice
    • Familiarity with dental codes (ICD-10), medical aids, and their procedures
    • Experience with Elixir and GoodX software
    • Ability to send motivations, prepare quotes, and obtain authorizations
    • Registration with the HPCSA as a dental assistant is a plus

    Working Conditions

    • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Two Saturdays per month, 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
    • Candidates must reside in Centurion or Pretoria East for ease of travel
