Key deliverables:

Endtoend business change management services with FinSurv on its key strategic programmes

Competencies:

Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels with an organisation
Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to develop executivelevel presentations
Experience in facilitating seniorlevel meetings to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment
Experience in consulting and coaching project teams
Experience in coaching senior management on change management deliverables
Experience leading initiatives with big remote and onsite teams
Excellent computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams) and survey tools
Excellent team dynamics, working under pressure and in ambiguous situations
Industry, organisational and business awareness knowledge and skill
Understanding of strategic project lifecycle and environment
Solid understanding of change activities and processes on large projects/programmes

Minimum qualification required:

A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Human Science or related qualification equivalent
8 to 10 years' experience in large scale complex business programme change management environment.
