Key deliverables:


  • Endtoend business change management services with FinSurv on its key strategic programmes

Competencies:


  • Passion for driving change and a proven ability to influence culture at all levels with an organisation
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to develop executivelevel presentations
  • Experience in facilitating seniorlevel meetings to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment
  • Experience in consulting and coaching project teams
  • Experience in coaching senior management on change management deliverables
  • Experience leading initiatives with big remote and onsite teams
  • Excellent computer literacy, especially in the Microsoft Office products ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS teams) and survey tools
  • Excellent team dynamics, working under pressure and in ambiguous situations
  • Industry, organisational and business awareness knowledge and skill
  • Understanding of strategic project lifecycle and environment
  • Solid understanding of change activities and processes on large projects/programmes

Minimum qualification required:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree in Human Science or related qualification equivalent
  • 8 to 10 years' experience in large scale complex business programme change management environment.

The following will be an added advantage:

  • An MBA
  • Certificate in Change Management Lean Six Sigma certification ( business transformation related)
