Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and Expand Brand Awareness

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Representative. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster good working relationships and provide top-notch service to all distributors, retailers, workshops, and customers.
Elevate Brand Presence: Create awareness at all customer levels and promote the company's brand presence.

Brand Management:

Oversee Distributors and Retailers: Ensure that all distributors and retailers carry a diverse product range and investigate gaps in product availability.
Conduct Surveys: Enhance market knowledge by conducting surveys and reporting findings.
Manage Claims: Investigate and address all claims related to products and services.

Promotional Activities:

Implement Promotions: Plan and execute promotional programs and encourage customer participation.
Report Results: Provide timely, accurate reports on results of promotional activities.

Reporting and CRM:

Complete Administrative Reports: Accurately and promptly complete all administrative reporting, including monthly reports.
Update CRM Systems: Update and maintain systems with relevant information in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Grade 12, Valid Code 08 Driver's License, Diploma in Marketing or Sales (advantageous).
Experience: 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry; technical background beneficial.
Skills: Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM.
Personality Traits: Initiative-driven, results-oriented, team player, display integrity, tenacious, and customer service focused.

Applicants should be based in Polokwane or surrounds.

The position will be filled in line with the company's transformation objectives.
