Required skills and experience
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A polite and professional telephone manner.
  • An aptitude for working with people.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other office management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with a UK customer base.
  • Work experience in property management and financial administration.

Job description and daily responsibilities

  • Manage and organise calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make and take phone calls as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Handle property management tasks, including liaising with property management companies and overseeing maintenance issues.
  • Process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases with financial and other data.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Working hours are flexible, but availability during standard business hours is required.

Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

- property management: 1 year (preferred)
- financial administration: 1 year (preferred)
- personal or virtual assistant: 2 years (required)
