_Our client in the shipping industry is urgently looking to employ a Junior Financial Controller at their organization_
_Location:
_:
- Little Falls, Roodepoort_
_Requirements:
_
- _ Matric_
- _ Degree/Diploma in Finance_
- _ 4 years of experience in a finance role_
- _ Debtor's and Creditor's experience_
- _ Experience in the transport industry is preferred_
- _ Must be willing to work weekends if required_
_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Full scope Creditor's functions_
- _ Provide Debtor's backup_
- _ Assisting with profit and loss and capturing on Liner Suite (internal system)_
- _ Assisting with admin work. i.e stationery, dog grooming, etc._
- _ Ensure all filing is up to date._
- _ Assisting with reports where needed._
- _ Reconciling and forecasts where needed_
- _ Submission of monthly Creditor's Age Analysis to management_
- _ Be able to take accounts meeting minutes._
- _ Must be present at Financial Meetings with Management_
