Description

As a Trainer for a premium coffee brand you will be responsible for managing the full function of a training facility, including providing training facilitation, as well as monitoring and evaluating of Baristas both during training and on-site.

To ensure consistency of the quality of the product in adhering to the brand standards and in so doing helping to build the brand.

Training facilitation
Managing training facility
Monitoring and evaluation of trainees
Fulfilment of adhoc operational tasks
SHEQ responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education

Grade 12 Certificate required
National Diploma preferred, in Education/ Business or relevant field
Barista Certification preferred
Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety regulations Certifications advantageous
45 years' experience working as a Trainer (or similar) at a premium coffee brand
Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety regulations
Extensive experience training Baristas is essential
Experience in Customer Service training preferred
Understanding of the complexity of coffee as a commodity/ product
Valid Drivers Licence
