Description
The host is responsible for the effective administration of the front desk and reception area. You will also support the Spa Manager and the front desk coordinator.

Your duties will also include doing the bookings and scheduling and corresponding with guests, and welcoming them to the spa with refreshments.


  • Communicate any problem areas to Spa Manager
  • Stock Take
  • Complete daily cash up and sales reports
  • Familiar with the treatment protocol and sparelated products
  • Familiar with the treatment protocol and sparelated products
  • Responsible for the welcome drinks station
  • Welcoming clients at the spa
  • Build and maintain client relationships and communicate specials
  • Upsell products and services.
