Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business analysis, with the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with business stakeholders to secure future business and cultivate meaningful relationships.
Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives to deliver exceptional client services.
Provide guidance on corporate governance and ensure sound decision-making.
Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
Manage and lead the marketing team to ensure brand presence and campaign alignment.
Grow the SMME strategy and develop succession planning for the entire commercial team.

Requirements:

BCom qualification (minimum).
PGDip or Master's degree advantageous.
5-8 years of commercial and marketing management experience.
Ability to cold call, network independently, and generate sales leads.
Strong knowledge of business analysis, risk management, and workforce management.
