    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Increase sales by acquiring new and maintaining existing customer accounts.
    • Offer product support and technical guidance to customers.
    • Regularly visit customers for assessments and maintenance checks.
    • Address product complaints and warranty claims in a timely manner.
    • Present weekly reports detailing tasks completed.
    • Foster strong relationships with external clients.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
    • A degree in Electrical Engineering or Auto-electrical is essential.
    • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role is necessary.

    Required Knowledge

    • Deep understanding of battery technology.
    • Knowledge of the automotive replacement parts market.
    • A basic understanding of solar power systems and products would be beneficial.
    • Certification in electrical engineering would be advantageous.

    Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum

    This salary estimate is based on industry standards, job requirements, and location considerations.
