As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Nestify, you will be responsible for leading, inspecting, and managing the efficiency of a team of housekeepers.

You will ensure that all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreed-to standards, and that all cleaning tasks are completed according to the cleaning specification.

Responsibilities:

Lead, inspect, and manage the efficiency of a team of housekeepers
Ensure that all cleaning is delivered to expected and agreedto standards
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to the cleaning specification
Monitor and record the use of equipment and materials
Ensure that all equipment, machinery, and cleaning cupboards are kept tidy and safe
Ensure that cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules
Liaise with management on any current issues
Recruit, train, and develop the housekeeping team
Ensure that orders for linen and cleaning materials are placed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (essential)
Previous experience in hospitality
Logistical skills
Proven ability in effective planning
Excellent managerial skills
Ability to provide feedback
