    Job Title: Administration Support

    To provide effective administration support to the department by ensuring accurate records of customers, inspections, and approvals are maintained.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • General Administration;
    • Department Specific Administration;

    Requirements:

    National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Administration or related qualification

    2 years in an office administration role

    Desirable Skills:

    • Good knowledge of administrative processes;
    • Basic knowledge of departmental products;
    • Basic knowledge of legislation which governs departmental procedures.

    Behavioral Attributes:

    • Communication skills – written and verbal;
    • Customer service orientation;
    • Ability to work independently with little instruction;
    • Self-confident;
    • Assertive

    Employment Requirements:

    • Preferred candidate is African Female & People with Disabilities to meet NRCS EE targets as per our EE plan
    • Suitable qualified candidates will be subjected to employment and criminal checks
