Salary
Basic salary + incentives + company contribution to provident fund and medical aid

Description
Our client is a well-known brand franchise dealership with a very busy Service Department.

You will be the first point of contact for the client and your main function is to make bookings for client's vehicles for services and repairs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience at a franchise dealership as Bookings Clerk or Service Reception this is a very busy workshop and a pressurised environment
Computer literacy to include Evolve / Drive
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure
Experience opening job cards, checking service records, bulletins, obtaining authorisations etc.
