    Senior Finance Manager

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and overseeing various financial functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of month-end management accounts, cash book, and financial year-end audits.
    • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets up to board level, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a finance team, including Debtors, Creditors, and an Accountant, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Technical Skills: Work extensively in SAP and Excel, utilizing your expertise to optimize financial processes and systems.
    • Strategic Insights: Provide strategic financial insights to the Regional Director, informing business decisions and driving growth.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Qualifications: CA (SA) degree from a recognized university, such as UCT, Stellenbosch, Wits, TUKS, Potch, or Bloem.
    • Experience: Solid FM experience, managing financial reporting, budgeting, and audits, with a proven track record of success.
    • Skillset: Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
    • Flexibility: Willing to relocate to KZN and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
