    Key Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Believe Resourcing. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Grow our client database across both local and international markets.
    • SOURCE AND PLACE TOP-TIER TALENT IN OPEN POSITIONS.
    • Collaborate with our team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.

    Requirements

    • Be driven, with a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for growth.
    • Have experience as a solid and stable 360 Recruiter with a record of delivery.
    • Hold a matric qualification.

    Benefits

    This 3-month contract role offers a competitive salary of R25,000 plus commission. There is also the possibility of going permanent, which comes with added benefits including medical aid, retirement annuity, and GAP cover. Our office is based in the scenic Century City, Cape Town.
