Eduvos is looking to employ a
Graphic Design Lecturer at our Pretoria campus on a fixed term basis.***
Type of appointment:
Fixed Term
Purpose:
- To lecture Humanities related modules, in the faculty on a fulltime basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum qualifications required:
- Honours in Graphic Design _(Masters added advantage)_
Experience:
- 1 2 years or relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
- Relevant research experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Modules to be lectured:
- Typography
- Copywriting
- Communication Design
- Visual Literacy
- Motion Graphics
- Digital Design
Responsibilities:
- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials
- Quality Assurance
- Management of Atrisk students
