Description

Based in our Cape Town office, the HRBP will be part of driving a growth culture and responsible for assisting in the general implementation of people strategy.

Practice ownership of the recruitment, assessment and talent management practice and execution within the broader context of the employee life cycle.

Comprehensive, life cycle business partnership with sales, marketing and finance business areas.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide line management with a quality HR advisory service and operational support that is line with our HR purpose in the leadership of their teams
  • Partner with the leaders in all matters related to people management to ensure the timely identification of issues/trends and proposal of solutions
  • Assist in the management of employee's employment journey from onboarding to exit interview phase by looking after staff wellbeing to ensure a quality of life and staff retention
  • Understand the business strategies and identifies opportunities to improve organizational capability and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data integrity of employee information systems and add value in terms of a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Actively participate in Diversity & Inclusion and Employer Branding activities
  • Assist and guide managers on Labour Relations matters including managing poor performance management and adherence to the disciplinary code
  • Manage Employee Wellness Engagement and Rollout of initiatives across the organisation
  • Contribute to the HR strategy through active participation in the implementation of the overall people strategy

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A minimum B degree qualification in an HR related field.
  • At least 5 years relevant HR experience in a highperformance organisation.
  • Business partnering experience in marketing, sales, finance, BP experience or similar industry will be advantageous
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with line managers and employees in all levels of the business.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and policies that govern the defined duties.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Be able handle confidential and sensitive information

Salary:
From R50,000.00 per month
