Job Title:
Operations Manager


Overview:


To Manage and coach the team across functions in order to deliver world class operation excellence through world class practices.

All activities, roles and responsibilities are aligned to the world class (manufacturing) philosophy, principles and practices.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or Qualified in Construction Management
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • 35 year's experience in a similar role.
  • 2 year's people management experience.
  • Computer literacy.

Primary Duties:

  • Strong team leader and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of operations management, construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and compliance standards and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to optimize workflows.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage budgetary and resource allocation to meet operational objectives.
  • Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety on construction sites.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee daytoday operations, including production, logistics, supply chain, quality standards and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set and achieve operational goals and targets.
  • Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
